8:40am: Mindfulness for the Workplace

One of Minding Your Mind's trained and experienced mindfulness instructors will presents an abbreviated Mindfulness session and how it is used in creating an environment that promotes productivity, reduces stress and anxiety, and teaches the value of focus and resilience.


9:00am: Corporate Education Program

Hear from a Minding Your Mind clinician on the most common causes and effects of stress and anxiety, symptoms of depression, positive and negative coping skills, warning signs and how to help someone in crisis.


9:30am: Speakers 

Minding Your Mind speakers will share abbreviated versions of their stories. Through building resources, resilience and seeking help, these adults have learned how to manage their mental health and busy lives in a positive, productive way.


10:00am: Q&A Panel

Open questions and conversation with Minding Your Mind instructors, clinicians, and speakers. Topics will include: Minding Your Mind programs, resources available for employers and employees, how to book a program for your workplace, and more.
